This is a chiffon dress suitable for social dancing or customer service. There is no unpleasant odor. I took it out of the garment bag before taking photos and aired it out for a few days. You wear it by wrapping or tying the straps around your neck (see image 3). Please note that if the bust size doesn't fit, the fabric will slide down and feel uncomfortable. It was a little big when I bought it, so I sewed it to adjust the size. I apologize, but I will ship it as is (see image 12). I recommend a bra without shoulder straps or a clear one. A necklace was included as an accessory, but it is no longer available (see image 11, only the clasp remains).
