This is a stylish item from Vera Wang, famous for her dresses. It's an elegant cardigan made of knit material with chiffon lace. It's labeled XS, but I believe it's roughly equivalent to a Japanese size 7-9 (the seller, myself, usually wears a 7-9, and this one didn't close around my bust, so I'm selling it).
