There is a constant, significant noise. Otherwise, it seems to function without problems, but this is not guaranteed. Upon inspection, there are signs someone attempted a repair. The rubber feet are misaligned or missing. Due to these issues, this item is being sold as junk. The only included accessory is the adapter. Thank you.
