I have cleaned the inside and outside of the shade, the main body, and the remote control as much as possible with household items. However, as I am not a professional, there are some parts that I cannot remove completely. The cushioning sponge on the main body is slightly worn, and the remote control has some sun damage, but there are no cracks or breaks in the shade, and there are only scratches and minor imperfections due to being a working product, so the condition is listed as "No noticeable scratches or stains." There are no smokers or pets in the seller's family. The remote control case and mounting screws are missing, but there is no problem with normal use. Batteries (2 x AA) are not included to avoid leakage problems. A copy of the instruction manual is included.
