This is a Victor VOSS Class D power amplifier. It was in use until recently, so it works well. It's a 4-channel, fanless model with good sound quality, making it a very easy-to-handle amplifier for home use. These types of professional amplifiers are often handled roughly in stores and facilities, and many junk items in poor condition exist in the used market. I think that items in good working condition are relatively rare.
