This is a prize from a gashapon (capsule toy vending machine) featuring "Wonderful PreCure!" It's a yo-yo! I've kept it stored at home without using it even once after getting it! I didn't see any scratches or stains in my visual inspection, but this is a personal assessment. Please understand that before purchasing.
