This is an HERMES scarf ring, Chaine d'Ancre, with a drawstring pouch. I was using it as a ring. It's about size 20. It can be cleaned by boiling it in a pot with salt. Also, it can be cleaned by putting hot water and baking soda in aluminum foil. It's silver, so... Thank you for looking.
