(Note) FSC code is not included. The update procedure is as follows: With the engine running and the navigation screen displayed: (1) Insert DVD (Disc 1) into the DVD slot. (2) After a while, the monitor will display "New map data is available." → Press "Update". (3) Enter the FSC code. (Please prepare this separately. It is traded for a few hundred to a few thousand yen on Yahoo Auctions, Mercari, etc.) The update will begin, and the update progress will be displayed as a percentage. (4) When prompted to insert the second disc, remove the first disc and insert the second disc. (5) When prompted to insert the third disc, remove the second disc and insert the third disc. (6) When the update is complete, press OK, and the DVD will be automatically ejected. The system will then restart. It's not difficult at all, but it takes about 2 hours. Even if you turn off the engine during the process and eject the DVD, you will be prompted to re-insert it and asked if you want to continue the update, so the update will continue if you choose to do so.
