Overall, I think there are many cards in good to excellent condition, with little signs of use. I'm not sure if all the decks are complete. It says 2007, and the cards inside are from 2007. The Elf Hunting deck seems to have a slightly smaller number of cards. Cards other than those in the 2007 deck box are mostly from 2024. There are also over 50 foil cards.
