This is an extra-large pill case. I bought it because I get a lot of medication from my psychiatrist. I've only used it for about a month, but I'm feeling better and my medication has decreased, so I'm selling it. As shown in the third picture, the inside is divided into 7 sections, holding a week's worth of pills. As shown in the second picture, you can twist the lid to dispense a day's worth of pills. I've included a comparison photo with a mouse in the fourth picture, so you can see how much medication it can hold. As a precaution, since you twist the lid, if it becomes loose, the lid may rotate and the pills from the adjacent compartment may come out if you don't hold the lid firmly. When taking out the pills, make sure to hold the lid firmly before turning it upside down. There were no powdered medications, so it's in a clean condition, but I will disinfect it before shipping.
