The outer fabric is wool, and I believe the lining is cotton. It's carefully hand-sewn, and it's rare to find such a beautiful item like this nowadays. Although it doesn't have cotton padding, it's made of dense wool, so I think it will be warm. The cotton lace on the collar is also from that time, and it's not pure white due to aging; it has a slight yellowing overall. Both the outer and lining have no particular flaws and are in excellent condition.
