Collection Tessin Nordland *Oval large plate, unused item Size: 36 x 22.5 cm Depth of indentation: approx. 3 cm This is a beautiful design with a relief of Nordic motifs of forests and houses etched into thick glass. I wanted to display it using a plate stand or use it in other ways, but it ended up being stored away. I think it can also be used as a large platter or tray for the holiday season or parties. This item was received as a housewarming gift and has been stored in the box shown in the 4th image, wrapped in plastic. Although it is a vintage, unused item, the box originally had this level of dirt and creasing. This item was purchased at a select shop in Finland, not in Japan. It is from WMF's glass line, which they no longer manufacture, and I was told at the store that it was a vintage item produced in the 1970s. It was reportedly sold in the same section as vintage items from Iittala and other Nordic glass manufacturers. *Please understand that WMF currently does not seem to have glassware, so I am introducing it here.
