These are Japanese-made tiles from the Meiji to Taisho periods. These are called "Honryo Tiles" from Seto ware. They are decorated with colorful floral patterns using the inban technique. "Honryo Tiles" were the first modern tiles manufactured in Japan, in response to the popularity of Western-style architecture during the Meiji era.
