This is a Carl Zeiss Distagon 21mm F2.8 made by Cosina. It's a Canon mount. One of the screws inside the focus ring seems to be missing, causing a slight play in the focus ring, but it works without any problems. The interior is clean, and the image quality is sharp, so there are no issues. Accessories include the original front and rear caps and the hood.
