Soft Shot Put This is not a hard iron shot put; it dents when pressed, so it absorbs some of the impact. I think it can be used outdoors or in gymnasiums. (For indoor use, it's probably best to lay down a mat to reduce impact noise.) It weighs 2kg (4.5 lbs), which doesn't fit into any particular class, but how about it for practice? It is new and unused, but it has been stored for a long time.
