This is a decorative plate, approximately 17cm in diameter, depicting traditional Icelandic life. The plate is inscribed with "Past Times in Iceland." It features illustrations of women in Icelandic national costumes ("Faldbuningur" and "Peysaföt"), fishermen, domestic work, and evening concerts on a farm.
