This is a Scotty Cameron putter cover. It's a Japan-only tour issue item, and I liked the design so I bought it. The stitching and embroidery are also well done, but this putter cover is narrow inside and only fits slim, blade-style putters. Please understand this before purchasing. I tried to put it on my own putter, but it didn't fit, so it's almost unused. No returns or exchanges, please.
