Not a bar grip. This is a non-slip shirt for bench press and squats. It sold out quickly on Amazon. If bar grip's M size fits you well, you should be able to wear this too (it's slightly tighter than bar grip). I've been using bar grip for years, and the effectiveness is not much different! It works well!! I'm 175cm/70kg and M fits me fine (it's a tight fit). I've sold a few of these in the past and they sold out immediately!!
