This is a shell-motif desk pen. Condition: There is a dent in the grip area where the pen inserts into the desk holder. Three new ballpoint pen refills are included. They are longer than the original refills, but I recommend using them at this length. When replacing the refill, you combine the top and bottom parts. Inserting it all the way in makes it difficult to pull out, which is also likely due to the dent in the pen tip. It's a romantic and impressive pen stand. Truly, Tiffany!
