Everything in the photos is included. I've confirmed that there are 44 picture cards and 44 reading cards, plus two blank cards each. There are no noticeable scratches, tears, or chips on the cards or the box. I started using this around the second half of first grade, and we enjoyed learning the proverbs themselves.
