These are cables I found in a drawer. They appear to be a Micro USB Type B cable and a stereo mini-plug for earphones. They are about 60cm long. I don't remember using them for anything in at least the last four years. I don't even know what they came with. I don't think they're broken, but I'm not sure about that either. I'll send them as they are in an envelope. I apologize for all the unknowns, but if you know anything about them, please let me know.
