This is a handbook distributed by the High School Baseball Federation to its umpires. It's the latest edition, as it's distributed every two years. I received two copies, and since it seems a waste to just let one sit on the shelf, I'm offering it to anyone who's interested. It's practically new, as I haven't used it at all, but please understand that it has been stored on a bookshelf.
