Beautiful, stylish fukuro obi made into a tsukuri obi (pre-tied obi)! This obi features a design based on "Araisou," one of the representative patterns of famous textile fragments, depicting large carp facing each other. The carp pattern is only on the otaiko (back) portion. Gold and silver threads are also used. The body of the obi seems to have a wave pattern. It feels powerful, yet unique. The obi fabric is slightly soft. How about it for those looking for a unique obi? The photos show it paired with a separately sold tsumugi kimono; this is the price for the obi only. If it's a two-piece tsukuri obi, the body part can be firmly tightened. There's no need to worry about the otaiko collapsing. Recommended for kimono beginners! We have selected easy-to-tie materials for the cords. Mainly handmade from pure silk white fabric or juban (undershirt) fabric.
