This is a vintage American art plaque (wall plaque). It is a decorative art piece featuring an illustration based on the work "A Girl with a Watering Can (1876)" by the famous painter Renoir, applied to a panel. The label on the back reads "Virginia Plak Company" (an American art plaque manufacturer). The material is a hardboard type (wall hanging panel), and the hardware is attached to the rigid board, so it can be hung on the wall as is, without framing.
