This is one card from the "One Piece Hyper Battle" carddass set, which was released in 1999 when the One Piece anime first began airing and the series was first made into cards. As this is a carddass product, many cards from this era are damaged, but this card has some initial scratches and minor wear and tear from storage and aging.
