Made by TOY BIZ in 1995. The Dragon series wasn't often seen in Japan when it was released, but it's become even rarer in recent years, and prices have risen considerably in the US. This set is in relatively good condition, and it's unlikely another one will be available in this state. There are minor scratches and dirt.
