Purchased new in 2017. There are dents on the body and neck. Please check the images. After purchase, there was a buzzing sound on the 24th fret, 1st string, so fret leveling was performed during a repair. There are no other issues, and there are no problems with neck warping, twisting, fret wear, or sound output. It was used only indoors in a non-smoking environment. It has not been used for live performances. A dedicated soft case and adjustment tools are included. The soft case is well-made, so it will be shipped with bubble wrap around the soft case.
