The material is 100% polyester, a rainwear-like material that makes a rustling sound. However, considering it's a mini-skirt dress, I think it's more of a breathable, quick-drying sportswear item rather than rainwear. Wearing leggings underneath might make it even easier to wear and look better. Anyway, it's fashionable and cute for pink-loving athletes. It's incredibly lightweight. It becomes small when rolled up (Photo 7). Good for travel too. The back of the neck and both sides have vertical mesh lines for excellent breathability!! Sleeves and waist are also adjustable (Photos 5, 6). The tag has been removed, but it's unused except for trying it on.
