This is a knitted hat, primarily navy blue with gray and a bright orange color woven in. There's no size listed, but I think it's for children around 2 to 4 years old. Made of 90% cotton, 7% polyester, and 3% rayon. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but it has been used. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
