This is an authentic ReFa CARAT. The outer box, guarantee card, instruction manual, guidebook, and cleaning cloth are included, but the pouch is not. Part of the case containing the guarantee card is torn (see photo 5). I used it for 4-5 months after purchase, but have not used it since.
