This is a hand-painted "J Series Brown Flower" demitasse cup set designed by Masatoshi Saeki, a ceramic artist selected as one of the "10 Designers of the World" by the International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza, Italy, who passed away in 2019. This item is from the 1970s and is no longer in production.
