◯ The Rakuraku Milk Attachment II has been opened from the box, but is new and unused. ◯ The paper pack nipples were used. There is one box, but there are two nipples. There is only one nipple care item. There are no nozzle covers (but this does not affect use). Although there is some wear and tear, I think it can still be used. The nipples themselves should fit most standard baby bottle nipples (I haven't tried them all, so I can't be certain). It was very useful because I could quickly give milk while out and about. I hope it can be of use to someone. Please note that I will take it out of the box for packaging.
