This is a stone sculpture by Enooky Oqutak (1926–1986), an Inuit sculptor from Cape Dorset, Northern Canada. With its smoothly polished surface and gentle curves, it abstractly depicts a bird with its beak pointed towards the ground. The form, created in a single piece from head to tail, is exceptionally smooth, appearing naturally unified from any angle. It has a deep olive-brown color that subtly reveals hints of green depending on the light. The artist's name, "ENOOKY OQUTAK," is engraved on the bottom.
