This is an Edo Kiriko rock glass. The bottom is also cut. I received it as a gift about 10 years ago and had it on display. It came in a wooden box, but I disposed of it, so the manufacturer is unknown. Capacity: 300cc when full Height: 9cm, Diameter: 8cm
