This is a Mach One viola shoulder rest. I purchased it in beautiful condition and used it a few times over about two weeks. - There are no scuffs on the corners of the main body. - The edges of the non-slip part are slightly darkened (see photo 7). This is a part that will not be visible when you are playing, but it seems you can purchase the non-slip part separately, so if you are concerned, you might consider replacing it with a new one. - The black leg parts will be detached for packaging during shipping. Personally, I liked the stylish, dark wood grain that runs from the right side to the left on the underside of the shoulder rest, following the curve of the rest (see photo 1). Other than the non-slip part, I don't feel there are any signs of use or scratches, but as it has been previously owned, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about such things. I have set the price low, so how about it for viola players who would like to try a Mach One?
