This is a birdseye knit from around the 1950s. It's a popular birdseye knit and in very good condition, making it quite valuable. Made of wool, but it doesn't feel scratchy and isn't too thick, so it's lightweight and perfect for layering. It's lighter and easier to wear than L.L.Bean's birdseye knit.
