This is a ScanSnap iX500. I remember buying it shortly after it was released, so I think I purchased it around 2012-2013. It currently works properly, and I haven't used it too heavily, but please understand that it's a product of considerable age. The accessories are all that are shown in the photos. - Main unit - Power cable - USB cable I believe the transparent case for A3 scanning, the instruction manual, and the CD are missing. You will likely need to download the installer from the web. Also, as shown in the photos, there is a tear on the entire front of the product box. (Probably the mark left from removing the shipping label at the time of purchase) There are no major stains or scratches on the product, but since it has been used for many years, please understand that there may be some dust and minor scratches before purchasing. Although I didn't use it frequently, I think I scanned about a dozen magazines, each around 100 pages, after cutting them. There are currently no problems with its operation.
