This is a donut cushion helpful after childbirth. I purchased it on Rakuten for 2980 yen (it seems to be 3280 yen as of September 2025). It has a good thickness and provides stability! The cover is removable and washable. I only used it for the four days I was in the hospital after giving birth, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. m(._.)m
