This is a yukata obi (sash) for children. When viewed from the back, the green and yellow of the flower-like tips of the shibori (tie-dye) stand out as a cute accent. There is no major damage, but due to the nature of the fabric, the thread ends are prone to fraying, so you may need to be careful not to pull them. I believe the material is polyester.
