You heat the pack containing ceramic balls in the microwave and set it in the eye mask. It becomes like a steamed towel and soothes tired eyes and shoulders. How to use: ① Remove the ceramic ball pack (white bag) from the eye mask and heat both in the microwave. Please refer to the following for heating times. ② Set the heated pack in the eye mask and place it on your eyes. The warmth of the steam will gently warm your skin. It is also recommended for use on the neck and shoulders. Heating time: 500w 30 seconds
