I bought these when my child was 3 years old and used them for one season. Since we live in an area where it doesn't snow, they were only used for snow play about twice. Other than that, they were only used for walks, but my child didn't like having their hands restricted and took them off immediately, so they weren't used much. I think they're perfect for snow play.
