This is a kickboard (kick scooter). It's an aluminum deck type that adults can use. One part is missing from the folding/fixing mechanism (see photo 2), so it cannot be fixed (locked). Therefore, it is being sold as-is. The wheels have been confirmed to rotate. Please check the photos for scratches, dirt, and wear and tear from use.
