This is an off-the-shoulder dress designed after Belle from Beauty and the Beast, featuring a jewel-like embellishment on the chest. I wore it once for a school event while living abroad, and it has been stored at home since then. It's a very cute dress and in like-new condition, so I felt bad about discarding it...
