The neck paint was partially removed and repainted (DIY level, so the head and neck heel are not perfectly finished, sorry). Nut made from a blank bone nut. Fret leveling. I don't simply "shave the saddle to the limit" to lower the string height. I adjust from the saddle height, nut height, and bridge height. To maintain sustain, I secure a saddle height of 2mm for the 6th string and 1.5mm for the 1st string. For an easy-to-play guitar, the string height at the low frets is most important. Adjusted the string height at the 1st fret to 0.35-0.45mm. Sore fingers are no fun! The main reason you can't play an F chord is because the string height at the 1st fret is too high. It seems that many guitars have unadjusted nut heights. This is not a resale of a current product. New light gauge strings are installed.
