This is the June 17, 2008 issue of the weekly photo magazine FLASH. I purchased it when it was released and kept it at home. The sealed pages, including those of Naoko Kawai, are unopened. There is also an article about Perfume from that time. I believe it is in good condition, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about it being stored at home for a long time.
