This is a gelato pique 10th anniversary frill blouse! I fell in love with it and bought it, but I haven't had a chance to wear it, so I'm selling it. It's new with tags, never been worn. After I got home and checked it, I found a small stain-like mark on the underside of the blouse part around the chest area. It's barely noticeable from the front. Please refer to the photos and only purchase if you are satisfied.
