This is a rectangular plate I purchased at an antique market. I liked the bird's eye view of the bird, so I brought it home. Below it is the sea. You can see the waves. Clouds are also drawn, so perhaps it's flying high up. The body has geometric patterns all the way around. Marked. Ken. There are several chip-like flaws on the edge.
