This is a poncho from Kamogawa Sea World. I bought it when I went there and wore it only once. I washed it and stored it. It cost about 1500 yen when I bought it at the regular price. There is no size listed, so I don't know the size. There are wrinkles from storage, but it is generally clean. There is a small scratch on the back of the bag. Also, as shown in the last photo, there is a hole at the base of the hood. It does not affect use, but please check the photos.
