There are 11 items in total, but I don't know which bonus belongs to which volume. *Volumes 9, 10, and 16 and later are not included.* Volume 2 is a second printing; all others are first editions. Volume 8 is missing its obi (paper band). One postcard has a fold. I purchased these new and read them once or twice with transparent covers on, and then stored them in a dark place, so they are in relatively good condition.
