This is a Takohiki knife. The blade length is approximately 29.5cm. The steel type is unknown. The handle is made of black buffalo horn. There was a maker's mark, but it was removed during sharpening. Only a part of "Ordered" remains. I had taken notes before the work, but I forgot them. Rust and scratches have been repaired and mirror-polished. Some minor scratches and rust marks remain, but it is in a beautiful condition. Small chips were also present, but they are almost gone. I recommend it if you don't mind. With a blade length of 29.5cm, it has sufficient length and a sharp cutting edge. Both the cutting edge and the flat surface are almost mirror-finished. It is lightweight and is recommended for professionals and general households. The knife has been finished with Kitayama 8000 grit, Shapton 12000 grit, and natural whetstones.
